PHPList Mailer is a sleek blue, gray, black and white administrator interface. The PHPList layout was slightly modified, images replaced, font changed, header optimized, and more. Comments included in header.inc and footer.inc files.
Installation is easy with step-by-step instructions included in the readme.txt. Header (masthead) PSD is also included.
This same theme can be used for the subscribe page by replacing the header/footer text with the included files.
